Notes, Comments, Terms & Conditions:

1. Price above is weekly rent is for 10 guests at the Villa. Villa sleeps 12. Each additional guest add US$850.00/week (Add US$1,500/week for Holiday weeks);
2. Minimum rental period is one week (7 nights). Standard Rental Week is Saturday to Saturday;
3. A 50% deposit & signed rental agreement (to be e-mailed to renter upon reservation) is required within 10 days from booking to secure the rental. This deposit is 100% refundable up to 90 days prior to Rental Date. Balance 50% is due 7 days prior to Rental Date;
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Rental can be cancelled for full refund less US$350.00 handling fee up to 91 days prior to check-in date;
5. A $1,000.00 fully-refundable security deposit is required with rental;
6. In the event that Renter fails to pay Rental fees within the timeframe described above, Owners of the Villa reserve the right to cancel the reservation & make it available for rent by other renters. In such event, Renter shall forfeit the deposit |
